Nancy R. Winschel will be speaking at the Allegheny County Bar Association Bench-Bar Conference Civil Litigation Seminar on Friday, June 18, 2010. She will be advocating for Pennsylvania's adoption of the Restatement (Third) of Torts, Product Liability.
