Edmund L. Olszewski, Jr. is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey &
Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Medical
Malpractice, Legal Malpractice, Products Liability Law, and Toxic
Tort Law, with a particular emphasis in Civil Litigation.
Mr. Olszewski is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and West
Virginia Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the
Federal District Court of West Virginia, Superior Court of
Pennsylvania, Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Supreme Court of West
Virginia, and United States District Court for the Western District
of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of
Allegheny County, Allegheny County Bar Association, Allegheny County
Bar Association - Civil Litigation Section, and Allegheny County Bar
Association - Court Rules Committee.
Mr. Olszewski graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in
1973 with a B.S. in Education. He received his J.D. from University
of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1977 and served on and was published
in its Law Review. He was also a co-author of Trade and Commercial
Laws of the Russian Federation (1994). |
