Francis E. Marshall, Jr. is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote,
P.C. and the Managing Partner for the Harrisburg office. He
concentrates his practice in the areas of Product Liability Law, Insurance
Defense, Construction Law, and the Food and Beverage Industry, with a
particular emphasis in Professional Malpractice.
Mr. Marshall is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is
admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, United
States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, United
States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and United
States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is also a member of
the Pennsylvania Attorney Disciplinary Board Region 3.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Marshall served as Managing Director of
Marshall & Haddick, P.C. and its predecessor firm since 1986. Mr.
Marshall is an active trial lawyer with a wide range of experience in
Medical Malpractice, Catastrophic Personal Injury Defense, Professional
Liability of all types, Product Liability, Construction Litigation, and
General Insurance Defense. Marshall & Haddick, P.C. has had
numerous victories in the State and Federal Appellate Courts with
groundbreaking rulings in significant cases.
Mr. Marshall proudly served with the United States Marine Corps in
Vietnam (1968-1970). He studied the Vietnamese Language at the
Defense Language Institute at the Presidio of Monterey, California, prior
to his service in Vietnam.
Mr. Marshall graduated from St. Joseph's University in 1973 with a B.S.
in Business Administration. He received his J.D. from Widener
University School of Law in 1978.
Mr. Marshall is a frequent lecturer on Medical Issues and Trial Tactics.
In addition, Mr. Marshall has been active in the Cumberland Valley
School District "Eagle Foundation" as a founding board member and
Capital Campaign Co-Chair. This foundation raised over $1,000,000 for
Educational, Athletic and Social programs otherwise unavailable to the
students. Mr. Marshall is a member of the Board of Governors of The
West Shore Country Club, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Marshall is married to Shawn Walters Marshall and has two sons,
Eric and Alex. |
