Amber A. Dorrell is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. She concentrates her practice in the area of workers' compensation.
Ms. Dorrell is a member of the Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and South Carolina Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice before the state courts of North Carolina and South Carolina and the North Carolina Industrial Commission. She is also a member of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys and South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys' Association.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dorrell practiced at a defense firm in the area of workers’ compensation. While in law school, Ms. Dorrell worked as a law clerk at a large civil defense firm, as well as a general practice law office.
Ms. Dorrell graduated summa cum laude from Francis Marion University in 2004 with a B.A. in English and was a recipient of the William H. Blackwell Award and Scholastic Achievement Award. She received her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2007. |
