Charles J. Bridgmon is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of general liability, insurance bad faith litigation, insurance coverage litigation, insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, professional negligence, and workers' compensation, with a particular emphasis in civil litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bridgmon served as a law clerk to the Honorable C. Tolbert Goolsby, Jr., South Carolina Court of Appeals; and the Honorable Rodney A. Peeples, South Carolina Second Judicial Circuit.
Mr. Bridgmon has written about the South Carolina Tort Claims Act in South Carolina Damages, 1st and 2nd editions.
Mr. Bridgmon is admitted to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina and before the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is a member of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys' Association.
After receiving his B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University in 1999, Mr. Bridgmon received his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2002. |
